- Help to project manage content calendar and client deliverables with internal stakeholders
- Work with strategy + content leads to develop and consolidate content ideas and refine content plan for all branded, editorial and barter deliverables for GMG events
- Act as general liaison for event-based social content in pre-production, production, and post production stages.
- Participate in brand sponsorship kick off calls with EP, Social and Director of Social Strategy - help generate treatments, storyboards, and a production plan to define social approach to brand-integrated content production.
- Work with EP Social to concept video production schedules/timelines, shoot plans, and equipment asks to achieve event content for social at scale.
- Be on the ground point of contact for event social content production (about 6-10 Gallery Houses per year).
- Manage editorial and editorial-sponsored production needs across Gallery Media Group handles including but not limited to:
- Point person and tracker for all production-related materials (ingredients, props, lighting, audio, various cameras, phones, etc)
- Responsible for obtaining releases, external outreach, clearances, call sheets, and timelines
- Booking and tracking studio time and production expenses associated with each GMG handle
- Manage and maintain rundowns for all in-studio or remote LIVE social broadcasts, act as point of contact for organization of each LIVE
- Work with Executive Producer, Social to production manage various special projects as needed
- Expertise in best practices for social video production
- Experience working on client/sponsored social work
- Understanding of how to optimize social content for audience and engagement KPIs
- 2+ years of experience in production, content and/or event management required
- Meticulously organized and capable of balancing multiple stakeholders
- Some experience working in experiential marketing preferred, but not required
- Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location
- Base Salary $50-60k

GMG is looking for an Manager, Event Content + Production to work on content strategy and delivery for Gallery Media Group's experiential activations.
Reporting to the EP, Social Video and closely with the Social Strategy Director, you will help project manage the social content planning and operations for events spanning cultural moments like Coachella, F1 and SXSW as well as general production management across our editorial teams.
You will bring with you project management skills and an understanding of managing production and strategy needs for complex social content-driven projects. You will also be comfortable with regular travel for events coverage.
