    Manufacturing Engineer

    IDR is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join one of our top clients in Byhalia, MS. If you are looking for an opportunity to join a large organization and work within an ever-growing team-oriented culture, please apply today

    Position Overview for the Manufacturing Engineer:

    • Provide critical oversight including technical support and solutions for manufacturing processes.
    • Investigate manufacturing quality issues liaising with multiple parties and implement corrective action accordingly.
    • Possess critical knowledge of manufacturing industry standards and processes including fabrication, machining, and assembly.
    • Significant knowledge of SolidWorks or other 3D CADD software.

    Required Skills for the Manufacturing Engineer:

    • 5+ years' experience within a manufacturing engineering responsibility.
    • Experience working within SolidWorks or similar 3D CADD software.
    • Experience identifying process improvement initiatives, implementing those improvements, and always striving for continuous improvement including Lean manufacturing tools.
