    Description

    Mercy Flights is accepting applications for Paramedics. Now offering $5,000 - $10,000 sign-on bonus and relocation package

    Mercy Flights was established in 1949 and is a non-profit EMS agency providing clinical services for Ground, Rotor Wing and Fixed Wing 911 EMS and Inter-facility transports. Mercy Flights offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package, as well as career growth potential and educational scholarships. We are supported by a state of the art Communications Center, full simulation lab and top of the line equipment.

    Position Information:

    • $5,000 - $10,000 sign-on bonus for part-time or full-time candidates with a one (1) year employment commitment
    • Relocation package may be available
    • Starting pay rate: Market comparable (Depending on Qualifications)
    • Full benefits package including: Company paid employee medical, dental & vision (dependent coverage options available), cafeteria plan, flexible spending dollars, life insurance, short-term disability, 401k w/company contribution, employee assistance program (EAP), earned time off (ETO) and company provided uniforms
    • Full-time and part-time status available with schedules that promote work/life balance
    • Daily overtime if shift exceeds 12 hours.

    Qualification Requirements:

    • Current Oregon Paramedic License
    • Current Driver's License
    • Current Nationally Registered Paramedic certification
    • BLS, ACLS and PALS or PEPP certifications. Required to obtain eighteen (18) months of start date in position
    • Experience working in emergency medical services preferred.
