Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and timely estimates for construction projects
- Analyze project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
- Develop detailed cost estimates and proposals for clients
- Monitor project costs and provide cost control support throughout the project lifecycle
- Utilize software such as Bluebeam for estimating purposes
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in construction estimating, contract negotiation, and project management
- Proficiency in using estimating software such as Bluebeam
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of pricing strategies and market trends in the construction industry
Pay:
$45, $80,000.00 per year
