Description

• Your area of responsibility includes leading and organizing your team of around 15 employees.
• You work closely with the interfaces of preproduction, technical processing, and logistics and take over the detailed planning to ensure delivery deadlines.
• As part of the optimization, you take on small projects and carry them out.
• Ensuring quality, evaluating and analyzing errors, and initiating measures complete your area of responsibility.

• You have completed training in an electrical profession or have relevant professional experience in this field. Further training as a master or technician would be desirable.
• Guiding and leading employees in a production company is already familiar to you.
• You see the daily challenges in prototype and small series business as an opportunity for further development.
• You are a team player, work reliably, and have an independent working style.
• You are wellversed in common MS Office applications. Ideally, you already have experience in cable assembly or switchgear construction.
