Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history review, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs, incorporating a blend of conventional medical interventions, lifestyle modifications, and complementary therapies.
• Administer joint injections and other therapeutic procedures as needed, utilizing best practices and ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with physicians, chiropractors, and other healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes and promote holistic wellness.
• Provide patient education on preventive healthcare strategies, nutrition, exercise, stress management, and other wellness practices to promote longterm health and vitality.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and ensure continuity of care through effective communication and coordination with other team members.
• Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records in compliance with regulatory standards and practice policies.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including training seminars, conferences, and continuing education courses related to integrative medicine and primary care.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Nursing (NP) or Physician Assistant Studies (PA) from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of California.
• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in physical medicine preferred.
• Minimum of 23 years of clinical experience in primary care or a related field, with experience in providing joint injections preferred.
• Strong knowledge of evidencebased medicine, clinical guidelines, and best practices in integrative healthcare.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated proficiency in critical thinking, problemsolving, and decisionmaking in a fastpaced clinical environment.
• Innetwork status with BCBS, Cigna, Aetna, Medicare, and Blue Shield preferred.
• Commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth in the field of integrative medicine.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and computerized medical documentation.
