The district of Ebersberg is looking to fill a position as a clerk (m/f/d) for the building department at the earliest possible date.

The position is permanent and part-time (50%). If the task of IT and digitalization support is taken over, the position can be filled permanently and full-time.


Your main tasks:

Independent and responsible handling of building permit procedures: Examination of the legal requirements for building planning and building regulations Conducting on-site inspections Involvement of specialist agencies and public authorities Preparation of approval or rejection notices Calculation of fees Handling of legal remedies, including representation at the administrative court Examination of subsequent approval eligibility Examination and decision on safety-related defects through building control measures Ordering the removal or prohibition of use of buildings Advising builders and design authors as well as municipalities Independent support of the project "digital building permit procedure", i.e.

developing, implementing and supporting digital processes Establishment and project coordination of the new building portal in XBau standard, public relations and support of users during implementation Independent and responsible process support and further development of the specialist application "Prosoz Bau" Independent support and further development of interfaces, e.g.


to the DMS, cash interface Your profile:
Civil servant (m/f/d) of the third qualification level of the specialist career in administration and finance, with a focus on non-technical administrative services or administrative specialist (m/f/d) Enjoyment of working with legal texts and processing complex issues Conscientious and independent way of working Negotiation skills
