Your Responsibilities

Managing the production and filling of paints and coatings in close coordination with the laboratory
Leading the departments of production, filling, and maintenance/workshop
Responsibility for shift and personnel planning
Ensuring timely and quantity-compliant provision of required production quantities
Monitoring and renewal of technical approvals for our production facilities
Managing investment and maintenance activities
Participating in the strategic development of the company
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, particularly in terms of occupational safety, operational safety, and environmental protection
Continuously improving our production and filling processes
Supporting and implementing investment projects
Improving plant hygiene
Ensuring order and cleanliness
