What you will be doing at Lochbuie:
After your training, you will be responsible for examining and processing incoming damage and theft cases
You will review and process incoming service invoices
You will support the optimization of processes in the claims management department
You will handle the factual invoice review and approval
You will be responsible for providing support to various customer groups (especially bicycle dealers and end customers) via telephone, live chat, email, and social media
You will assist in providing competent and service-oriented customer advice on company bicycle leasing and offered comprehensive protection services
You will communicate and coordinate with service providers (insurance and leasing companies, bicycle dealers, companies, and end customers)

You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or have similar qualifications
You have experience in customer service and preferably in the insurance industry
