Residential Audio/ Video Installer

Technical Experience

Perform installation tasks for audio visual projects including but not limited to: Pulling Cable

coax, speaker wire, etc. cable, installing connectors

Must have knowledge with installing televisions, speakers, and audiovisual components.
Must have knowledge with installing residential audio/video systems and experience with programming.
Install and integrate audio/visual equipment and control systems in projects
Provide technical support on A/V hardware, control systems and signal issues
Installation and termination of all Coax, Data, Control, Power Cables, etc.
A/V control systems programming
Install and configure home networks and wireless access points
Develop standard operating procedures and processes for A/V control system
Client instruction of installed and programmed systems
Use hand and power tools: solder and crimp connectors along with various other AV systems related tasks
Projector and screen support structure installations
Test End to End functionality of systems
Perform client training as needed
Able to complete tasks efficiently

Required Skills:

Able to complete tasks efficiently
Knowledge of basic signal flow for audio, video and control and low voltage technology
Ability to manage small to medium projects.
Knowledge of TV Mounting And Installation.
Knowledge of Surround Sound System Mounting and Installation.'
