This job requires installing configuring maintaining microsoft sql server environments in on premises infrastructures performing database administration tasks including backups restores integrity checks scheduling index maintenance troubleshooting resolving SQL performance issues applying DISA STIGs to SQL Server environments ensuring databases are compliant with security baselines hardening standards participating change management documenting database environments configurations collaborating application owners optimize support application performance implementing high availability disaster recovery solutions using native SQL features writing maintaining SQL scripts PowerShell automation administrative tasks.
