Responsibilities: Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for any technical and/or functional breakdowns and system outages for Tuition Tool.
Maintain all historical and current system documentation in Microsoft Azure for SAMRS and T2 database tables.
Assist in creating technical documentation, including use-case scenarios, system change requests, requirements analysis, system guides, and policies.
User account administration additions, deletions, and inactive accounts
Support environment setup and changes within authorized Cloud One T2 boundaries. Qualifications: US citizenship required.,Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance,Bachelor's degree with desired emphasis in Information Technology,,Minimum 5 years of experience with Azure SQL,,Active IAT Level II certification etc+
