  • Program management for the development of a complex flight control, landing gear, or electronics program.
  • Leading an interdisciplinary development team, consisting of employees from different departments and partners
  • Central point of contact for our management as well as for the customer
  • Evaluation of time and economic risks
  • Establishment and structuring of complex project plans
  • Creation and coordination of work packages
  • Initiating improvements through the implementation of optimization and feasibility analyses in case of problems
  • Technical leadership of assigned employees

Bring in your strengths: Your qualifications

  • Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, physics, industrial engineering or similar qualification
  • Several years of experience and additional qualifications in project management
  • Experience in leading complex processes, preferably in the aviation industry
  • Alignment and optimization of actions according to given commercial conditions
  • Negotiation skills in English
  • Implementation strength and coordination ability
  • Communication skills and assertiveness
