The State Road Authority is currently seeking an Education Coordinator (m/f/d) for the Central Services Department in the Personnel Division at our office in Potsdam.

This is a permanent position starting as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities:

As an Education Coordinator, you will advise and support the planning and organization of in-house and cross-company training for road maintenance workers.

You will act as a coordinator between all parties involved in the training process.

You will guide the trainees from selection to their transition into the workforce and provide them with advice in both technical and social aspects.

You will develop, organize, and accompany training development measures.

You will also be responsible for ensuring the quality of the training, managing the training budget, and representing the training profession at trade fairs.


Your profile:

Empathetic and assertive Completed degree in General Administration, Public Management, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification at DQR level 6 in one of the mentioned fields.

Experience in supporting trainees and coordinating training Practical experience after completing your degree Willingness to travel and a valid driver's license (Class B)

Preferred:
Knowledge of labor and social law, TVA
