Employee (m/f/d) for building permit processing:

(EG 11 TVöD or A 11 NBesG):
for the Office of Building Supervision and Urban Planning at the Rotenburg (Wümme) location.


Responsibilities:


The position primarily involves providing building advice and conducting comprehensive reviews of building permit applications, preliminary inquiries, and applications under the Federal Immission Control Act.


What we expect from you:

- a completed (university) degree in civil engineering or architecture or the qualification for the first entry-level position in the general services career group in combination with a degree in administration or law, alternatively a successfully completed Angestelltenlehrgang II
- experience in applying public building law
