Description

As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment, and maintaining inventory control.

This is a crucial role in our warehouse operations, ensuring that products are delivered to customers in a timely manner.

• Receive incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of the contents
• Unpack, inspect, and properly store received items
• Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling products
• Utilize shopify and other process orders and maintain accurate inventory records
• Operate RF scanner to track inventory movement
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with inventory counts and reconciliations as needed

• Previous experience in order fulfillment, order picking, or shipping/receiving preferred
• Proficient in using fishbowl inventory management
• Familiarity with RF scanner technology for tracking inventory movement
• Ability to operate reach truck or other warehouse equipment is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling products and documentation
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping
• Knowledge of ecommerce platforms is beneficial
