Your tasks

Configuration and administration of our hosting environment with a focus on Linux-based systems, as well as in the IT landscapes of our customers
Documentation and further development of computer, backup, security, and network infrastructure
Ensuring the IT operations of our customers
Consulting our customers

Your profile

Several years of professional experience in implementing complex IT infrastructure projects
In-depth technical knowledge in at least four of the following areas or in the administration of highly available IT systems: client, server, and storage systems, networks, firewalls, routers, and security systems (IDS / IPS)
Virtualization technologies, Linux (Debian, RHEL), and web services (Apache, Tomcat, nginx), as well as databases and clusters (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
Confident appearance and good and empathetic consulting skills
Structured, solution-oriented, and customer-oriented way of working
Willingness to take on standby duty, as our servers need to run 24x7
