Your tasks:


  • Close collaboration with the product managers (PSM, PO) and product teams in operationalizing the (product) strategy
  • Disciplinary leadership of the employees of the Contribution and Finance Development Unit (EE) with its associated products and product families, such as oscare Employer Contribution Compensation or oscare Health Fund Contribution Collection
  • Assumption of budget responsibility in the EE
  • Support of endtoend responsibility of the product teams in the entire SWE process including quality assurance and support, as well as removal of obstacles and communication with other departments
  • Escalation point for problems within the EE and mediation for problems within and outside the EE
  • Responsible reporting to the Head of Development Department
  • Assumption of special topics/tasks in consultation with the Head of Development Department

  • Strong understanding of the role of a leader as a pioneer, sparring partner, and mentor
  • Leadership personality with a strong sense of reliability and initiative
  • Experience in leading project teams using agile development methods desirable
  • Confident and professional appearance internally and externally
