Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of landscapers in various tasks such as garden maintenance, lawn care, building structures, and tree care
- Provide guidance and direction to crew members, ensuring work is completed efficiently and up to standards
- Perform landscape maintenance duties including groundskeeping, irrigation system maintenance, and plant care
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for landscaping projects
- Oversee the installation of landscape features and ensure proper care and maintenance postinstallation
Experience:
- Proven experience in landscaping, including garden design, lawn care, and tree maintenance
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team of landscapers
- Knowledge of landscape construction techniques and materials
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members efficiently
Pay:
$ $21.00 per hour
