The Medical Rehabilitation Facilities of the city of Radolfzell, METTNAU, is one of the most traditional therapy centers in Germany in the fields of cardiac prevention, rehabilitation, and follow-up rehabilitation. The four clinics are located in an attractive location in close proximity to Lake Constance in a scenic and culturally appealing area with a high recreational value. The facilities have 504 beds, approximately 400 employees, and are certified according to DIN ISO 9001 and QMS-Reha, as well as being a member of the Quality Association Health Baden-Württemberg.

To strengthen our dedicated team, we are currently looking for a

Receptionist (m/f/d) part-time with 30 hours per week

Responsibilities include:

  • Central reception and information point for our guests
  • Answering and forwarding external calls within our facilities
  • Assistance in providing support to guests with all questions and information regarding their stay
  • Reception service during the hours of 6:30 am to 10:00 pm and every other weekend

Requirements:

  • Good German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of computers
  • Thorough, structured, and reliable work ethic
  • Self-initiative, teamwork
