Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person ( Retired welcome ) The Maintenance Person will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities.

General knowledge of house hold repairs also plumbing and electrical.


Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify and resolve any issues
• Perform general maintenance tasks such as repairing or replacing faulty equipment, fixtures, and fittings
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including wiring, switches, and control panel.
• Supervise contractors when necessary to ensure work is completed according to specifications
• Perform preventative maintenance on apartments to ensure optimal performance.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance practices and procedures.
• Proficient in conducting repairs and maintenance tasks across multiple disciplines (electrical, mechanical,)
• Familiarity with electrical systems, including wiring, switches,
• Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair various equipment
• Excellent communication skills in English, (Some Spanish would be helpful)
