    What You'll Do:
    • Handle INCOMING insurance opportunities from various markets.
    • Present personal insurance quotes to prospects over the PHONE.
    • Be the voice that answers inbound calls from insurance-hungry prospects.
    • Follow up with prospects you've quoted to seal the deal.
    • Demonstrate your cross-selling prowess, ensuring clients get the best insurance solutions.
    • Respond promptly to voicemails, emails, and client requests in line with our high standards.
    • Collaborate daily with Insurance Carriers and Underwriters for new insurance quotes.
    • Keep our CRM updated with all account documents, conversations, and vital info.
    • Embrace a consultative approach, always putting the client's needs first, "Always Be Advising" (ABA).

    What You Bring to the Table:
    • A Property/Casualty License is a must.
    • At least 2 years of experience in an Independent Agency (sales or service).
    • A knack for understanding, reviewing, and communicating insurance products.
    • Self-reliance, assertiveness, and an insatiable motivation to improve daily.
    • Familiarity with insurance-related technology.
    • Ability to juggle multiple quotes and accounts with ease.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
