You have already successfully taken the first steps in your career planning and are now planning to take the next step in more responsibility after several years of experience as a consultant. During your previous work, you have proven that you master the entire range of modern human resources work with confidence: from personnel search and qualified pre-selection to the trustworthy support and coaching of our employees, to the development of personnel development concepts, including sales support for our clients.

As a communicative person characterized by absolute trustworthiness, you are the competent contact person with profound knowledge in labor and social law for employees and management alike. Ideally, you have experience in sales or marketing.

In addition to high commitment and organizational talent, the position requires strong teamwork, sales skills, and proficiency in using a PC. Time and goal-oriented thinking.

Qualifications

Completed degree (business administration, economics, business psychology with a focus on human resources, industrial engineering), at least 3-5 years of professional experience in the human resources field
Very good to fluent German skills (at least B2) and good to very good English skills
Enjoyment of working with people
Communicative, open-minded, and an affinity for sales
