Location: 320 Congress Street, Floor 1 Boston, MA 02210
Responsibilities:
- Lead and work with a team of developers of various skill levels;
- Develop, maintain, and optimize codebase, ensuring optimal performance and usability;
- Act as a point of contact for Unityrelated questions, providing technical guidance and mentorship to other team members;
- Use agile and scrum methodologies to prepare, plan and execute on contractbased deliverables;
- Implement GIT version control strategies;
- Develop C# code, test code, fix bugs, profile, and optimize code to meet deliverable requirements;
- Design, develop and maintain command and control station (CCS) for unmanned systems (air, sea, and land) using C# in Unity;
- Review and comment on team members' code as part of the merge request process;
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members;
- Support flight test, as required.
Minimum Qualifications:

US Citizenship required;
Bachelor's degree in computer science/ programming or related field;
- 1+ years of experience in a Software Engineering or Unity Game Developer role;
- Demonstrated fluency and understanding of C# and Unity3D with strong coding standards;
- Experience in GIT versioncontrol software;
- Ability to work in a team and develop reusable commented code;
- Experience profiling and building for performance;
- Demonstrated advanced capabilities with Unity, like extending existing code, complex decisiontrees/ state machines, and developing editor tools;
- Experienced leader who supports individual growth and a mentor to less experienced team members;
- Ability to obtain and maintain an Active DoD Secret Clearance;
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in computer science/ programming or related field;
- 2+ years' experience being a lead or Senior Developer;
- Active DoD Secret Clearance;
Travel:
This position has the potential to travel to customer and non-customer sites principally in North America (up to 20%) but global travel is also possible.
Other Criteria:
Strongly prefer domicile near the Boston/Cambridge metro area but will consider non-local domicile - relocation to Boston area part of compensation package, if necessary.

Pay:
$95, $165,000.00 per year
