    With the needs of the nurse in mind, we have service offerings to include staffing for PRN, LTAC, Infusion, Government, and Travel Nursing.

    We are seeking an experienced,

    sales minded individual to join our Nurse Recruitment Division, in the Greater Dallas area. THIS POSITION IS A HYBRID REMOTE AND IN OFFICE ROLE. This position is responsible for delivering all facets of our recruiting success throughout the organization.

    Ways you will contribute to

    Gifted Healthcare:

    Engage and convert inquiries to interested candidates


    Conduct pre-screening interviews


    Evaluate, qualify and disqualify applicants


    Perform reference and background checks for potential clinical colleagues


    Build networks to generate referrals


    Participate in industry recruiting events


    Work efficiently and effectively to fill open positions


    Position Requirements:
    Prior Travel Nurse/PRN Recruitment experience
    Ability to relate to a variety of people and establish meaningful relationships with colleagues and clients
    Excellent communication skills and client/nurse centered mentality
    Interpersonal competence, team player
    Efficient time management skills
    Ability to work with deadlines and under pressure
    Self-motivated to be successful in a goal oriented environment
    Active LinkedIn and Facebook accounts
    Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Suite
