Position Description:

The Pool Attendant will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of property pools and pool areas, maneuvering pool equipment/furniture as directed, and testing pool water periodically.

This position is also responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience to all residents and guests of the building that visit the pool.

This position primarily takes place outdoors at all times.

Requirements:

High School Diploma
Basic computer literacy skills and talent for technology (i.e., handheld radios, telephones, computers, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to multitask and good timemanagement.
Confident, polite, friendly, and selfassured attitude.
Wellgroomed, professional appearance.
Ability to stand or sit for the duration of the assigned shift, lift, push and pull at least 30 lbs. Walk to and from 2 different property pools.
Willingness to work outdoors.
Adhere to
APC location site
Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).

Preferred Experience:

15 years of hospitality/customer/pool attendant service experience.
1 year of highend residential or hotel experience.
