We are looking for a
Social Pedagogue as Team Leader (m/f/d) to join our team in
Horhausen (Rhein-Lahn) starting on
May 1st, 2024 or later.

This is a full-time position in Horhausen (Rhein-Lahn district) with a workload of 39 hours per week.


In this role, you will support our children and youth by:

  • individually promoting the development of their skills and abilities,
- providing stability as a familiar caregiver,
- strengthening their ability to handle conflicts and challenges,
- offering a structured daily routine with fixed rituals,
- supporting their academic challenges and development,
- introducing them to meaningful and fulfilling leisure activities,
- actively assisting them in learning practical life skills.
