Buhmann Systems is looking for new talent to join our team We specialize in packaging products that you can find in your own fridge.

Our focus is on creating packaging solutions for a variety of products, from potato salad to mozzarella and even water ice sticks, gummy candies, and hamburgers.

We are currently seeking an apprentice for the position of Automation Technician (m/f/d).

In this role, you will learn the fundamentals of electrical engineering, including how to build control cabinets and install machines.

Our machines are equipped with electronic controls that require programming, parameterization, and adjustment, all of which you will learn during your apprenticeship.

You will also become familiar with various programming techniques and have the opportunity to apply them to our machines. Starting with small functional modules, you will gradually learn how different parts of the machines work together.

By the end of your apprenticeship, you will be able to design system structures, perform various programming tasks, and be a key point of contact for programming and process-related issues regarding our packaging machines.


We are looking for candidates with a qualified secondary school diploma or higher, a technical interest and understanding, good manual dexterity, and a precise and careful work ethic.

Friendliness and openness are also important qualities for this role.


The apprenticeship will last 3.5 years (with the possibility of shortening to 3 years) and will include block schooling at the vocational school in Kempten.
