Description
This position performs the role of project coordinator position on project. This requires comprehensive knowledge in project documentation, project procedures, and relevant company policies and procedures.- Assist with major project activities, including support of task force objectives and/or project milestones

  • Participate in task force meetings
  • Report directly to a task force project manager or project director
  • Ensure that project correspondence and project documentation are handled according to a prescribed format
  • Assist in writing, editing, and updating the Project Procedure Manual and Job Bulletins
  • Understand task force organizational structure and importance of positive interface with clients and all disciplines toward overall effectiveness of the engineering, procurement, and construction/field effort
  • Comprehend client billing and task force related charges
  • Set up and maintain project log books and correspondence numbering system, both hard copy and electronic
Coordinate space allocation for project task force- Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards

  • Plan, organize, and carry out assignments as directed
  • Adhere to and support Fluor's Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies
  • Meet expectations on attendance and punctuality
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Background checks are carried out as part of any conditional offer made, including (but not limited to & role dependant) education, professional registration, employment, references, passport verifications and Global Watchlist screening.
  • Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.

Basic Job Requirements

  • A combination of education and directly related experience equal to six (6) years; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
  • Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
  • Ability to attend to detail and work in a timeconscious and timeeffective manner

  • Participate in the Administrative Support Knowledge Community
  • Participate in department/project meetings and training

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient in use of Fluor specialized software programs
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills, judgment, flexibility
  • Strong leadership skills/team player
  • Typically requires six (6) years of project related experience
  • Demonstrate proficiency on company standard personal computer equipment and software with the ability to train others
