Objective
Our Benefits Department is seeking a Sales Executive to approach prospects for group benefit plans.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize CRM for scheduling, developing prospective and documenting all salesrelated activities
  • Meet all marketing expectations, expand customer base in territories
  • Generate proposals and advise clients on the benefits that best suit their needs (eg. medical, dental, vision)
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of company products and services (allinone solution)

Qualifications

  • Any relevant experience in health insurance field is a plus
  • Active license in Life, Health, and Accident insurance is a plus
  • Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English
  • Proficient in computer skills
  • MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact within the company and assigned accounts
  • Strong analytical, negotiating, problemsolving, and presentation skills to effectively facilitate resolutions
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment, with a careeroriented mindset, professional etiquette, and a positive learning attitude with a growth mindset.

Salary & Benefits

  • Starting salary ranging from $4,500 to $5,800/month, based on experience/location, with potential raises postprobation.
  • Commission/bonus for cross referrals.
