Objective
Our Benefits Department is seeking a Sales Executive to approach prospects for group benefit plans.

Responsibilities

Utilize CRM for scheduling, developing prospective and documenting all salesrelated activities
Meet all marketing expectations, expand customer base in territories
Generate proposals and advise clients on the benefits that best suit their needs (eg. medical, dental, vision)
Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of company products and services (allinone solution)

Qualifications

Any relevant experience in health insurance field is a plus
Active license in Life, Health, and Accident insurance is a plus
Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English
Proficient in computer skills
MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact within the company and assigned accounts
Strong analytical, negotiating, problemsolving, and presentation skills to effectively facilitate resolutions
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment, with a careeroriented mindset, professional etiquette, and a positive learning attitude with a growth mindset.

Salary & Benefits

Starting salary ranging from $4,500 to $5,800/month, based on experience/location, with potential raises postprobation.
Commission/bonus for cross referrals.
