- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering.
- Relevant Experience: Proven experience in plumbing sales, estimating, and project management, particularly within the commercial sector. A history of successful project delivery in tenant improvement and special projects is highly desirable.
