- Providing data insights into key workstreams to support the SDLC process and the understanding of the Finance tech and operational debt. Some examples of this data: tracking progress on SLDC deliverables, tracking test case execution and completion, tracking Finance impacting defect issues, etc.)
- Supporting the Architect Team by performing PMO (Project Management Office) activities such as managing project timelines, ensuring tasks are completed on time, flagging delivery risks, etc.
- Develop innovative reporting and dashboards regarding project status, project performance, and defect management in service to providing data-backed metrics to the extended team
- Support the testing process (all phases of testing) from start to finish: upload test cases, create burn-up charts, monitor progress, host/support testing office hours, manage testing entrance/exit criteria, etc.
- Partner across various IT groups and business stakeholders to understand the scope of releases across multiple platforms.
- Partner with the Process Architect Team and Tech Teams to identify critical metrics and execute the requirements
- Take on unique data requests, identify the requirements, develop and implement the solution
- Host various op mechs (meetings, etc.) to gather updates from the project team members to monitor project tasks and status
- Ensuring the project plan is up to date and accurate includes continuous follow-up with team members to ensure updates are made promptly
- Ensure deliverables and timelines are met (hold people accountable)
- Remove barriers efficiently; drive escalations
- Upward Leadership communication & alignment and cross-team communication to cascade essential information
- Program Management - for key initiatives, be able to manage the program, identify and report risks and issues, track all deliverables and dependencies across all contributors
- Process oriented with the ability to drive process improvements in service to creating dashboards to understand the scope of work, report daily status, capture release metrics, track issues, and risks and provide timely updates to Management
- Deep experience with SQL, GSheets, Smartsheet, creating dashboards, and various other tools to support project management
- Experience with Wiki and JIRA
- Experience supporting various projects and priorities simultaneously
- Flexible to take on new, varied, and parallel projects
- Ability to work and pivot as needed, with speed, in a complex and fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented & creative with visualization tools (GSlides, etc.)
- Ability to build trusted relationships across functional teams to achieve the shared goal; formulate change management plans and act as a catalyst to accelerate outcomes
- Able to influence people and indirectly manage the project team or teams to ensure the effective execution of initiatives
- Quickly learns in different domains and ramps up expertise in new areas
- At least 3/5 years of business analyst and/or project management experience
- Experience supporting finance and technology teams and projects
- Deep knowledge of SQL, GSheet, and Smartsheet functionality (developing dashboards, updating data, creating formulas, generating reports, etc.)
- Exceptional communication, change management, and presentation skills
- Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization
