Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team. The ADON will help the Director oversee all nursing operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with regulations.


Duties:

• Manage and lead the nursing staff, providing guidance and support
• Review and update documentation to maintain accurate patient records
• Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Oversee nursing administration, including scheduling and staffing
• Implement and maintain HIPAA compliance standards
• Coordinate hospice care services for eligible patients
• Provide leadership in assisted living facilities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's degree preferred
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Proven experience in nurse management or nursing administration
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff
• Indepth knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance standards
• Experience in hospice care is a plus

Pay:
From $80,000.00 per year

• Danbury, CT 06810: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
