We are seeking a **Data Analyst and Business Intelligence Intern** to join the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Business Analytics Department. **The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in data analysis and business intelligence, with a particular focus on Microsoft Power BI.**
**What You'll Do**

+ Assist in the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document reporting requirements.
+ Work independently and collaboratively with Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, and Tableau.
+ Perform data analysis and interpretation, using statistical techniques where necessary.
+ Participate in special projects and perform ad hoc analyses as needed.
**Qualifications**
+ **Current pursuit of an undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field**
+ Experience with Microsoft Power BI or other business intelligence tools is **preferred.**
+ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
+ Work from home 100%.
+ US Citizenship is required to apply.
**Desired Skills & Expertise**
+ Knowledge of the Microsoft Fabric System (e.g., Power Apps, Power Query, Power BI; including DAX)
+ Experience conducting analysis using Excel, PowerBI, or related software.
+ Ability to balance multiple projects and competing deadlines.
+ Acute attention to detail with strong quantitative and analytical skills.
+ Demonstrate initiative, uncompromised integrity, and results-oriented mindset.
