    Job Overview:
    Soliant is seeking a dedicated and empathetic School-Based Physical Therapist to join our team.

    In this role, you will have a key impact on enhancing the lives and educational outcomes of students with physical disabilities or impairments.


    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate students' physical therapy needs and create personalized treatment plans.
    • Apply evidencebased therapy methods to improve students' motor skills, mobility, and physical function.
    • Work in partnership with teachers, special education personnel, and other professionals to foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment for students with physical challenges.
    • Deliver direct physical therapy services to students in individual and group settings using appropriate therapeutic equipment and methods.
    • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, such as IEP meetings, contributing to students' educational plans and setting goals.
    • Maintain precise records, including treatment notes, progress reports, and billing documentation in compliance with school policies and regulations.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
    • Active state license or certification as a Physical Therapist.
    • Experience working with children or adolescents with physical disabilities, ideally in a schoolbased environment.
    • Strong understanding of pediatric physical therapy principles, techniques, and interventions.
    • Skilled in the use of therapeutic equipment and tools relevant to schoolbased physical therapy.
