Description
The Sales Completion Specialist executes the order-closing process which includes issue resolution coordination, work order closure, and invoicing;

collaborates with cross-functional leaders and employees to share knowledge and improve outcomes.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:


PROBLEM-SOLVING:

Share and test knowledge and ideas that improve the quality and speed of workflow.


PERFORMANCE:

Provide project and customer-appropriate solutions that help us win and retain customers.

Identify and document the root cause of punch list items.

Create solutions and determine additional product needs.

Order parts to resolve punch list issues when caused by Operations or a Manufacturer.

Pursue labor reimbursements to assist with cost recovery for defects.

File freight claims.

Generate and distribute customer invoices.

Generate purchase orders to reflect customer expectations and job site efficiencies.

Response times and quality of internal and external communications and deliverables must meet or exceed

customer expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:

Three years experience in a similar or related field or College Degree in Supply Chain Management. Strong product

and technical knowledge of major contract furniture manufacturers.
