Your responsibilities:

Processing incoming invoices from MIDEWA via X-Suite and SAP (scanning/verifying/allocating/booking)
Management of accounts payable lists
Maintenance of master data and reconciliation of personal accounts
Conducting account reconciliations
Monitoring processing/return of incoming invoices from responsible departments
Maintenance/creation of recurring bookings and booking of journal entries
Processing reminders for incoming invoices
Proper preparation and management of accrual account statements
Conducting monthly and quarterly closings, preparing journal entries for monthly accruals, and assisting with yearend closing
