BROOK is looking for an ORDER COORDINATOR (M/F/D) to join our MIWE SERVICE team. OUR COMMON GOALS Providing optimal service to our customers is the foundation for a long and satisfied business relationship.

Together with your team, you will take care of our customers' needs and advise them on solutions to optimize their process flows.

YOUR PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITIES * 24/7 telephone service/support * Planning, organizing, and coordinating all installation and commissioning work, as well as service, maintenance, and repair work * Communication with customers, service technicians, service partners, and MIWE departments * Administration and data entry of processes in SAP * Evaluation and processing of reports * General correspondence and processing of invoices OUR REQUIREMENTS/EXPECTATIONS * Completed commercial apprenticeship
