The Stadtwerke Nordhausen - Holding für Versorgung und Verkehr GmbH is responsible for managing and coordinating all administrative and planning tasks for its subsidiary companies.

This includes corporate management, central organization, finance and accounting, controlling, personnel organization, development and payroll, data processing and information technology, public relations, quality management, marketing, and maintenance of city lighting.

We are currently seeking a Payroll Clerk (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities include:
- comprehensive execution of payroll using sage payroll for multiple clients
- handling of payroll-related topics such as collective bargaining changes, company pension plans, and garnishments
- timely completion of payroll, reports, and payments to social security agencies and tax authorities
- correspondence with tax authorities, health insurance companies, and government agencies

Requirements:

- completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent degree, as well as experience in payroll
- knowledge of general labor law, collective bargaining law, and works constitution law
- knowledge of social security and income tax law
- discretion and confidentiality regarding tasks and payroll data
- organizational skills, teamwork, commitment, and a professional and friendly demeanor
- accuracy and meeting deadlines
- structured, independent, and reliable work style
- proficient in MS Office, especially
