Senior IT Expert SD Reporting (m/w/d)

Full-time position in Berlin, Hannover, Kiel, Koblenz, Cologne, Meckenheim, or Münster.

The Planning & Control department within the Service Desk is responsible for personnel planning, forecasting, operations control, operations reporting (ACD and ITSM), and performance management. This department works closely with the SD Processes and SD Factory Tools departments. Cross-departmental topics include ACD development/operations/maintenance, knowledge management, and documentation.
