Your responsibilities

Responsible for all export-related activities, including processing export orders and complying with international trade regulations.
Creating and reviewing export documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.
Communicating with customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders to coordinate delivery dates and details.
Monitoring and coordinating transportation and customs clearance.
Complying with export control regulations and sanction lists.
Documenting all export processes and transactions.

Your profile

Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
Previous experience in export business is an advantage.
Thorough knowledge of international trade regulations and customs regulations.
Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
Organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills
