Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Oversee payroll processing and maintain accurate records
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting them as needed
- Assist in budgeting and financial reporting tasks
- Maintain office policies and procedures
- Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks accordingly
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management or a related role
- Proficiency in calendar management, payroll, and schedule management
- Knowledge of medical office management practices is a plus
- Strong clerical skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
- Ability to handle budgeting tasks efficiently
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills

Experience:
Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
