Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Oversee payroll processing and maintain accurate records
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting them as needed
  • Assist in budgeting and financial reporting tasks
  • Maintain office policies and procedures
  • Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks accordingly

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in office management or a related role
  • Proficiency in calendar management, payroll, and schedule management
  • Knowledge of medical office management practices is a plus
  • Strong clerical skills with the ability to communicate effectively
  • Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
  • Ability to handle budgeting tasks efficiently
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:

Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)

  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Houston, TX preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Houston, TX 77077: Relocate before starting work (required)
