**Description**
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
? Partners with Solutions Team to provide compliance program engineering support for new customers.
? Drafts retailer/customer specific work instructions and SOPs.
? Supports current customers for new retailer onboarding.
? Monitors and manages compliance-related integrations and provide support as needed to IT Team.
? Monitors and manages PO Due Dates for high priority customers to mitigate chargebacks.
? Monitors market conditions and provide strategic guidance around value-added product offerings regarding the retail compliance environment.
? Supports and trains Account Managers in retail web portals to enter shipment details so a carrier can be assigned, get labels/packing slips, etc.
? Researches and establishes label specifications and works with the IT Team for development.
? Develops and maintains relationships internally and externally to drive excellent customer service.
? Performs deep-dives on current customers to ensure compliance processes are being followed with appropriate charges.
? Serves as the Subject Matter Expert for retail compliance regulations.
? Works closely with the operations team to ensure retail specific guidelines and deadlines are met.
? Makes updates in SWIMS when necessary to transmit correct data mandated by retailers
? Proactively researches retailer trends and updates to their programs, and is responsible for relaying that to the customer and the operation teams
? Identifies and improves retail compliance processes and tasks. Completes other duties as assigned by Process Compliance Manager.
**THE PERSON | MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
? Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of core education and related professional experience
? 5+ years of industry work experience; two years of specific warehouse experience in an administrative role; supply chain experience required
? Strong oral and written communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills; ability to quickly build rapport with both customer and Smart Warehousing business units
? Ability to apply time management principles to complete multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
? Detail oriented and investigative personality; not afraid to ask why.
? Strong teamwork orientation and ability to work independently
