- Coordinate supply information internally
- Ensure data accuracy in the Integrated Homebuilding Management System (IHMS)
- Negotiate with trade partners
- Coordinate with sales for inventory status
- Manage job cost assignments
- Prepare and process job start packets
- Order necessary house documents
- Oversee construction standards compliance
- Understanding of mathematical equations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to interpret construction blueprints and floorplans
- Familiarity with construction materials and methods
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated professionalism

- Minimum 2 years of purchasing experience
