Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Promotional Products Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our products, ensuring a deep understanding of our offerings, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with customers to find the perfect promotional products for their needs. Additionally, you will support our purchasing team and manage relationships with vendors to ensure the seamless procurement and delivery of promotional items.
salary: $35,360 - $37,440 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Promotion Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our product line and stay updated on new additions and features. Utilize this knowledge to effectively promote our products to customers.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and offering guidance to customers in selecting the right promotional products for their specific requirements.
Collaboration with Customers: Work closely with customers to understand their promotional needs, budget constraints, and branding objectives. Provide creative ideas and suggestions to help them find the most suitable promotional products for their projects.
Support Purchasing Team: Assist the purchasing team in sourcing, ordering, and tracking promotional products. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise during the procurement process.
Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure cost-effective procurement of promotional items while maintaining quality standards.
