The Production Supervisor ensures the production processes operate smoothly and efficiently. This role will be responsible for organizing the production workflow and monitoring the staff to meet production targets.

Essential Functions

• Supervise the daytoday production operations within the facility.
• Establish daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
• Manage the workflow by assigning responsibilities to team members.
• Evaluate various phases of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency.
• Guide and coach employees, monitoring their productivity.
• Oversee the safe use of the equipment and schedule regular maintenance as necessary.
• Prepare reports on performance and progress to Plant Manager
• Detect issues in efficiency, Identify methods to reduce waste, and suggest improvements.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in the manufacturing or construction industry, with 2 years of supervisory responsibilities.
• Working knowledge of construction and manufacturing including prefabricated materials, manufacturing machinery, and tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Must be flexible to changing priorities in a fastpaced environment.

Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour
