Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technician to join our team.

As a Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to pest control, landscaping, and lawn maintenance.

This is a hands-on role that requires the use of both hand and power tools.

Responsibilities:

• Fertilize lawns with both riding spreader/sprayer & when needed, push spreader.
• Perform weed control treatments to eliminate weeds and ensure the safety and comfort of clients
• Maintain and care for landscapes, including mowing, trimming, and planting
• Operate and maintain various landscape machinery and equipment
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues or areas in need of maintenance
• Assist with sales efforts by providing information about our services to potential clients
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing job duties
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Requirements:

• Wisconsin Certification 3.0 Turf & Landscape
• Previous experience in pest control, landscaping, or related field is preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to operate hand tools and power tools effectively and safely
• Knowledge of lawn care techniques and best practices
• Familiarity with landscape machinery and equipment is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Pay based on experince


Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour
