We're looking for a passionate Junior Cabinet Designer to support our Senior Designers and play a critical role in bringing kitchen cabinetry visions to life.

This position offers a path toward becoming a Design Project Manager or Senior Designer.

Role Overview
As a Junior Cabinet Designer, you'll assist in creating innovative and functional kitchen cabinet designs.

This role is perfect for those with a detail-oriented approach, budding proficiency in design software, and a drive to deliver top-notch customer service.

Working under the guidance of our Senior Designers, you'll be contributing to the design process and ensuring client visions are realized.

Responsibilities

Support Senior Designers using design software to develop efficient and professional kitchen cabinetry designs.
Participate in layout design discussions, offering color combination suggestions, reconfiguration options, and design modifications to meet client specifications.
Contribute to client quotations, coordinating efforts from inception to completion.
Maintain professional communication with staff, ensuring respectful, tactful, and concise interactions.
Support the team in staying updated on industry trends through online workshops, publications, and networking.

Requirements:

0+ years of experience with 2020 design software.
Initial experience in kitchen cabinetry design and sales.
Strong computer skills, including MS Office proficiency.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Positive attitude and team player ethos.
Familiarity with European style frameless cabinetry is desirable.
