Part-time Human Resources Generalist. If you have a service oriented, collaborative approach with exceptional follow up and organization skills, join our team


The Part-time Human Resources Generalist will help with the recruitment and onboarding of employees, as well as partner with corporate on employee relations issues that may arise.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include**:


  • Coordinates the new hire process, including orientation and paperwork, as assigned
  • Has the ability to address employee questions and concerns regarding Human Resource policies, procedures, benefits, or interpretations of the employee handbook
  • Assists in maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and adheres to recommended best practices
  • Complies with all company policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Partners with management on employee relations issues
  • Guarantees the confidentiality of all personnelrelated information
  • Operates ethically to protect the company's assets and reputation
  • Maintains scheduled hours with consistent and reliable attendance
  • Engages in various special projects and performs additional duties as assigned

Requirements:


  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Three years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on recruitment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Effective communication skills in both verbal and written forms with proficiency in understanding English

Preferred:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related business field
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in Spanish
