Service Desk Support- Microsoft InTune experience (Ideally certified)
- Excellent communication and ability to work comfortably with executives.
- Experienced with MS Windows (level 1 knowledge of MS products)
- Experienced with Lenovo Hardware
- Networking experience is
not required. - Oncall support
